Elyse Sunshine is a founding partner of the firm, having established Rosen Sunshine in 2011.  Elyse and Lonny have practised health and regulatory law together since 1999 and are proud to have created a unique health and regulatory law boutique firm.

Since developing a passion for health law (way back) in law school, Elyse has been fortunate to have always practised in the areas of health and regulatory law. Recognizing that those in the health and regulatory sectors face unique challenges, Elyse works to provide practical, effective and creative advice and guidance in respect of the issues her clients bring to her. It is particularly important to Elyse to ensure her clients feel supported and that they receive realistic, efficient and thorough advice and guidance.

Elyse appreciates that dealing with lawyers can be challenging. She strives to make the experience as positive as possible and for every client to feel valued and that they received the best possible advice and assistance in the circumstances.

Elyse has been ranked one of the “Best Lawyers in Canada” for Health Care Law every year since 2015.
