We help with a range of professional regulation proceedings with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (COKO) including complaint and discipline matters and appeals. We also provide advice on legal compliance issues and representation in workplace disputes and before various tribunals, boards, and courts. Having assisted kinesiologists since before kinesiology was a regulated profession in Ontario, and having been involved in the efforts to bring kinesiology into the fold of regulated health professions, we are intimately familiar with the issues facing kinesiologists in Ontario today.
