At Rosen Sunshine, we help with a range of professional regulation proceedings with the College of Midwives of Ontario (CMO) including complaint and discipline matters and appeals. 

We also represent midwives in hospital complaints, privilege challenges, and other workplace or practice related disputes. This includes advocacy at the first sign of a complaint or concern, assisting midwives in meetings with administration or at meetings of the Credentials Committee or Medical Advisory Committee, and representing midwives in hearings before the hospital board of directors.
