At Rosen Sunshine, we assist regulators in a variety of capacities: we provide assistance and advice with legal issues and drafting or reviewing policies or rules; we provide counsel with any internal matters and sensitive or litigious issues; we offer training and support for committee members and staff; and we support regulatory proceedings by serving as independent legal counsel to committees, prosecuting professional misconduct, serving as amicus curiae and representing complainants, witnesses and registrants.

As Amicus Curie (or friend of the tribunal), we provide cross-examination of vulnerable witnesses in hearings where the registrant is self-represented.
