We help with a range of professional regulation proceedings with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), including complaint and discipline matters and appeals. Social Workers and Social Service Workers often call on us to answer questions with respect to consent and capacity law, privacy compliance, performance of the controlled act of psychotherapy, and dealing with their regulator, the courts and parties in litigation. We also provide advice on legal compliance issues and representation in workplace disputes and before various tribunals, boards, and courts.
